Unlike traditional coaching or therapy, this approach doesn't focus on fixing what's broken or recovering from the past. Instead, it creates entirely new possibilities that never existed before.
This is advanced consciousness work—forward-focused, generative, and non-egoic. Participants articulate real events and experiences, and through collective witnessing and emergent dialogue, alchemy happens naturally. Solutions arise that benefit everyone in the group, not just the person sharing.
