Growing up in a world surrounded by influential female executives, I was profoundly shaped by the presence of strong women, including my mother, who was herself a formidable leader. This unique upbringing instilled in me a deep appreciation for the power and resilience of women in leadership roles. Witnessing firsthand the challenges and triumphs these women faced in a male-dominated landscape inspired me to become an advocate for women's rights, eventually leading me to Washington, D.C., where I worked as a lobbyist. My commitment to gender equality also saw me modeling for the National Organization for Women, further cementing my role as an ally.

Throughout my career, I have consistently sought to bring my innate feminism, empathy, and respect into my professional endeavors. It has been the women CEOs and entrepreneurs who have often experienced profound and immediate transformations through our collaborations.

This realization led me to feel an undeniable calling to dedicate my skills exclusively to supporting women who are navigating and excelling in traditionally male-dominated fields.Being accepted as an ally and co-conspirator in the success of these remarkable women has been, and continues to be, the greatest honor of my life. I am committed to empowering female leaders, standing by their side as they break barriers and redefine the landscape of leadership.
